We’ve got some bad news regarding the World Tour Jackets. Due to a massive influx of global orders and the upcoming Chinese New Year holiday, our manufacturer just hit us with a last-minute update: production won’t be finished until the holiday period wraps up.

To be straight with you, we’re pretty frustrated with how this was handled on their end,and we can also take responsibility on our end as well for not checking up and being more tedious with them but at this point, our hands are tied. 

We hate to give the typical “nothing we can do” answer, but since production is at a

standstill for the holiday, we’re stuck waiting on their timeline.

What we’re doing to make it right. If you ordered a World Tour Jacket along with any "on-hand" items (stuff that is ready to ship), we aren't going to make you wait for everything at once. We’ll be splitting your order and shipping your on-hand items out immediately at no extra cost to you. Your jacket will follow as soon as the pre-order shipment hits our warehouse.

We will be posting Weekly Production Updates every Monday. Please check this page before emailing us about any production or order updates!

It takes roughly 30-60 Days to complete production and get our bulk order shipped to our warehouse from our overseas manufacture!

Once the bulk order has arrived at our warehouse it takes 1-2 days for the packing process.

Once the packing process is done you will receive an email containing your tracking number!
